Warranty Policy

Pyrolino offers 1-year warranty for defective products, not damaged due to misuse or normal wear. In case of a manufacturing defect, Pyrolino will repair or replace your product with a new one. Pyrolino reserves the right to inspect the product, before replacing it. If the warranty has expired, you may contact our Customer Service Department at support@pyrolino.com and we can offer you special service prices, upon agreement.
